No-Fail Turkey Gravy
Easy and delicious, this no fail gravy will please every time.
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 1/2 cup flour all-purpose
- 1-2 tbsp flour all-purpose
- 3-4 cups turkey stock warm
- 1/2-1 tsp sage rubbed
Melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium heat. Stir in flour with a fork or whisk and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly add the warm turkey stock about 1/2-1 cup at a time and whisk in until the gravy is at your desired consistency.
Add in rubbed sage and salt and pepper to taste.
